Organize PDF

Change the page order in a PDF, moving pages up or down one at a time.

Documents arrive in the wrong order more often than anyone admits: a scanner that fed the stack backwards, an appendix that belongs after the summary, a signature page that ended up first. Organising lets you set the running order without rebuilding the file by hand.

How to use it

  1. Open the PDF whose pages are out of order.
  2. Move pages until the sequence reads correctly.
  3. Save the reordered document.

Common questions

Can I reverse a whole document?

Move the pages into the order you want. A scan fed backwards is the common case, and it is fixed the same way as any other reorder.

Does reordering affect quality?

No. Pages are moved, not redrawn, so everything inside them is untouched.

Can I delete pages here too?

Reordering and deleting are separate tools so each one stays simple. Use remove pages for deletions, then organise what is left.
