Extract PDF Pages
Pull the pages you need into a separate new PDF.
Extracting copies chosen pages into a new document and leaves the original whole. It is the tool for sending someone the two pages they asked for, rather than a forty-page file with an instruction to scroll.
How to use it
- Open the source PDF.
- Name the pages you want copied out, such as 3, 9-11.
- Save them as a new document.
Common questions
How is this different from splitting?
They do the same job from opposite ends. Extract when you know the few pages you want to keep; remove pages when you know the few you want gone.
Does the original lose those pages?
No. Extracting copies them. The file you opened still has everything it started with.
Do the extracted pages keep their formatting?
Yes. They are copied as they are, so fonts, images and selectable text all survive.
- Files are never sent to a server
- Free, no account and no watermark
- Runs even on an older phone
